Syndication Specification

The RETS Syndication Specification was developed with the intent to create a universal data feed/format for the consumption of listing advertising sites (Yahoo, Zillow, Trulia). It can also be used as a simpler method for brokers and agents to get listings for advertising on their personal websites, as it is not as complex as the RETS specification, which is intended to transfer and synchronize much more data between MLSs and third party software developers
